Came across as very professional. The organization is focused on training. We chose to have our puppy go through the 3 week intensive training program. We received comprehensive training as well as our dog. The combination of owner and do training paid off. He is a well behaved 16 week old German Short Haired Pointer. Paul is the epitome of a top-notch dog trainer. When we left our energetic pit bull pup with him for four weeks, we knew we were in good hands. We could just feel it. Paul's professionalism shines through, but he's also super approachable. He kept us updated regularly, which really put our minds at ease. He would even sent photos and videos to us! Any question we would have about anything, he would answer with such confidence. What sets Paul apart, though, is his passion. I'm talking genuine, full-on love for dogs. And he's not just passionate – he really knows his stuff. Our pup came back a changed dog, all thanks to Paul's expertise. But it's not just about training for Paul; he genuinely cares about each and every dog he works with. That kind of dedication is hard to come by. And he cares enough to train us, the owner/doggie parents as well! Rafiki now truly listens! It’s such a burden off our shoulders to know we can trust that he’ll listen to what we say. It’s so beautiful to see how Rafiki also feels safe and calm with us. Paul instilled that as well! Long story short, if you're in need of a top-notch trainer who's not only skilled but also cares deeply about your furry friend, Paul's your guy. Trust me, you won't regret it at all.

Paul is amazing! I had never had a dog before and Paul did a wonderful job answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable. After one week I could tell my dog Willow had made a ton of progress. Paul is also very responsive. I am able to reach out to him if I have any questions or concerns.
