My baby, Roman, and I are incredibly lucky to have met James and Madelyn! Roman stayed with Madelyn for 5 days and I cannot stress how much effort Madelyn made to make Roman and I both comfortable, calm, and happy the entire time. I received constant updates and pictures. You also get the best training videos at the end of each day going over what your furry baby learned. Roman fell in love with Madelyn. After just 5 days with Madelyn, he came back happier, more obedient, and less anxious. The training videos and tips and tricks from both Madelyn and James have helped me continue his training on my own. Our bond has only grown stronger thanks to them. The best part is that they both truly care — I still send them updates and pictures. They continue to follow up and ask about Roman. I cannot recommend them enough. Sending my baby Roman to James and Madelyn is the best decision I have made!

We just finished our lessons with James and we could not be any happier! We were having issues with our puppy pulling and recall. James taught us techniques that have worked well that we will continue to use. We are now able to walk our puppy calmly which has been amazing! Throughout our sessions, James was always patient even when we may have gotten frustrated. He never judged and was always professional. We highly recommend James and will definitely recommend him to our friends and family.

I contacted Good Vibes Dog Training after taking in my sweet Hershey, who was a stray. We decided to go with the Board & Train Program and are just so impressed with the entire experience! James and his lovely partner, Erika, welcomed Hershey into their home and into their pack with open arms. They were so loving, kind, and patient with my guy and I’m so grateful for that. James sent me daily training videos of the work he was doing with Hershey and they were so informative and reassuring. Hershey returned home being such a proper boy who’s learned so much! I adopted Ruby, an American Staffordshire Terrier/American Bulldog mix (1-2 years old), from a shelter a little over four weeks ago. The day of adoption, Madelyn met me at the shelter and took Ruby to her home to begin training. I received updates and training videos from Madelyn that outlined all the training that was performed. Madelyn did a wonderful job of socializing Ruby, which was extremely important as she was a stray before adoption. Madelyn also trained Ruby with the help of her own dogs, that really gave Ruby a sense of confidence! After working with Madelyn for a few days, Ruby worked with James for the rest of her training. With James, Ruby learned proper socialization with multiple other dogs as well as house etiquette and leash training. After the week with Madelyn and James, Ruby did wonderful in my home. James met with me one-on-one to continue working on Ruby's leash training and some of her triggers such as squirrels, lizards, and small dogs. James is extremely patient and very supportive. He helped to not only build Ruby's confidence and skills, but my own as well! If you're looking for a dog trainer that is knowledgeable and very compassionate, James is the one!
