Sending our 3 month old golden retriever puppy (Bristol) to James for a week of potty/puppy training was the best thing we could have done. We went from having 5+ accidents in the house a day to NONE!!!! She came home with such better manners, too. She’s still a young pup, but she has structure in her now that she didn’t have before, and we give all the credit to James. I highly recommend this for any puppy.
Outstanding experience with James. He absolutely worked wonders with our rescue puppy. He concentrated on our concerns and tailored the training to that. Would highly recommend!

He is professional, kind, and knowledgeable all at the same time. Also, he is so easy to get in connection with both by phone and email and sent us daily updates and even videos about what Savannah was learning and how she was progressing.
