Working with Avi has been a great experience. The progress we've seen with our Wednesday in just a short time is incredible. We went from leash pulling, overstimulation, and lack of impulse control to having more structured walks and better focus. We live in Pompano Beach and have been working with our trainer on our 2-year-old Staffy, Judge, and our 18-month-old Shepherd mix, Ginny. The progress both dogs have made has been incredible. When we started, we were dealing with nervousness, excitement, pulling, and difficulty getting them to settle and listen. Our trainer has completely changed the way we communicate with them and has taught us how to provide calm, clear structure without relying on constant corrections or pressure. Ginny has become much more confident, while Judge has made huge improvements with impulse control and distractions. Our walks are calmer, they listen better, and the training has carried over into everyday life. Even during a recent large party at our house, both dogs handled all the activity and excitement so much better than they would have before. What we appreciate most is that he doesn’t just train the dogs—he teaches us how to be better owners. Avi is helping us with Junie’s anxiety and helping her to see the world as safe. We are learning how to introduce her to people by giving her space and letting her take the lead. Also giving her more freedom to explore on walks while monitoring her safety in a non threatening way. Small steps can lead to changes that will ease her anxiety. Avi is very calm and explains everything so that we understand how our actions can help June. I strongly recommend training with Avi!
