Been going to Zoom Room for a while, and we love the place. The facility is clean and in tip top shape, and the trainers are awesome. I've had the pleasure of working with Tom, Shar, Raven, and Cindy. They are highly professional and knowledgable. Not only has my dog, Yodi, progressed from one milestone to the next (he's now in advanced obedience and agility fundamentals), I feel like I've become a better handler myself. The community at Zoom Room is great as well. Everyone is supportive and friendly, and I'm now friends with the other owners whose dogs are regulars in our classes.

Room is very loud. Raven was very good at answering questions.

We started training with Tom recently and really enjoy our experience with him! He is focused, knowledgeable and keeps the class interesting by mixing up the course. He understands how to work with both dogs and their handlers/owners. Thank you Tom!

Our trainer used positive reinforcement and broke skills into simple steps we could practice at home. After 2 weeks, walks are calm, recall is dependable, and guests can enter without chaos. What stood out: clear communication, customized training plan, realistic homework, and follow-up support between sessions. Pricing was transparent and we never felt rushed. If you want measurable results without stress for you or your dog, this is the place!
