Zoom Room Dog Training

I was really looking forward to getting my puppy started in training, so I reached out to Zoom Room Santa Clara to ask about their classes. Annie initially called me back and was super friendly which gave me a good impression. But when I called again the next day for more details, I spoke with a man named Tom who was surprisingly unhelpful and came off very condescending. I was asking basic questions about what the puppy classes include and if they had a brochure or email with info. Instead of taking the time to explain anything, he told me that “everything is on the website” which isn’t true. Their site doesn’t list clear class details or pricing and just sends you to a form to fill out. The whole conversation felt dismissive and awkward, like I was wrong for even asking. I ended the call and told him I wasn’t interested anymore. He later texted me to apologize and said he didn’t mean to sound that way and even acknowledged that the website is confusing and leads to dead ends. While I appreciate the follow-up, the way I was treated on the call was enough to make me uncomfortable moving forward. If this is how potential customers are spoken to, I’m not confident in how they’d treat clients or their dogs once you’re in the door.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Zoom Room Santa Clara - Intro to Agility class! My Shih Tzu (Miya), despite her small stature, truly embraced her 'mighty' side and loved every minute of it. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. It was such a fun and engaging class, and a wonderful opportunity to bond with my doggo. We're already looking forward to our next session and highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to have a great time and build a stronger connection with their canine companion!
