All the instructors are super kind and attentive. We've really enjoyed the new space, it's clean and well set-up. You can tell the staff deeply cares about their furry friends and wants to make sure they are happy!
I took my senior pup (almost 14 years old!) for an obedience and a basic agility class. My pup is also deaf, and the staff was friendly and flexible to come up with some different strategies and offered hand signal suggestions to add to the training. They also adapted agility to make sure my senior can enjoy the exercise without being too hard on their bodies. He had a great time!
We brought our reactive dog for an obedience class. The staff was friendly and patient. They set us up for success and gave us lots of positive encouragement and feedback.
We had a great experience at the Zoom Room . We did an agility class with my 12 year old Shiba Inu. At first, my pup was very apprehensive, but as the lesson went on, she relaxed and even ate the treats that the trainer gave her! The staff is knowledgeable, sweet to dogs, and even my daughter was asking to come back. We are definitely going to take more classes at this studio.
