I have a dog with anxiety/fear/reactivity and finding Seren has absolutely been the best thing I have done for her. I have learned so much about how to handle and help my dog. Seren has even helped me navigate conversations with my vet and to advocate for my dog while being clear that she is not a veterinarian and where her expertise ends. I am so thankful to have found someone knowledgeable and who uses science based, positive reinforcement techniques that help me build up my dog and our relationship. I honestly do not know where I would be without her.

Seren is a great listener, teacher and dog trainer. She is reliable, professional and has a lot of knowledge. She really listens to her clients needs and changes her teachings to match the needs of her client and their dog. I have been going through a lot this year. I had a surgery and am immune compromised. Seren is helping me train my dog to be a service dog and has a lot of experience in this area. Seren has done virtual meetings (when I have requested) and has been very respectful ( wearing a mask, letting me know if she doesn't feel well). My dog (Lava) has already learned so much. ( Loose leash walking, waiting when told to, becoming less reactive) Each time we meet I am taught a new way to communicate with my dog better. I not only feel like Lava is behaving better but I feel like we are connecting better. With Seren's background in psychology, caring deminor and love of animals she is a great choice when choosing a dog trainer. ❤️
