I had an 8 month old Aussie/Great Pyrenese cross who I rescued. He needed work on reactivity and how to manage his excitement when on the leash. Seren came in and quickly helped teach me positive techniques to get my easily excited/stubborn pup how to react calmly to things he was unsure of. She was really great about scheduling and fair when it came to price and availability to answer questions. Highly recommend!!

Seren possesses extensive knowledge in dog training and behavioral services, but her business management skills leave much to be desired. Our engagement with Seren began in August 2022, and it took six weeks for our initial virtual meeting to take place. However, after that, she disappeared without any communication. Despite our persistent calls, emails, and texts, it took Seren a considerable amount of time to respond. When she did reply, she shared personal issues that, while sympathetic, were unrelated to our situation. In an attempt to rectify the situation, Seren began sending us appointment confirmations that we had never agreed upon. She attributed this to software glitches and claimed to have hired an office manager to assist her. Nevertheless, the unsolicited confirmation emails continued to arrive for several more weeks, while Seren remained unresponsive to our attempts at contact. Eventually, Seren did reply, and we discussed potential solutions for her inability to fulfill the contract. Considering the personal issues she had previously disclosed, I offered her an installment plan as an alternative for a refund, to which she appeared agreeable. However, it has now been six weeks since our last communication, and Seren has once again fallen silent. Given these circumstances, I strongly advise against utilizing Seren's services.
