I can’t say enough wonderful things about my dogs trainer Kat! She didn’t just train my dog, she truly cared for him, loved on him, and treated him like one of her own. She taught him so much, helped him become more confident and well-behaved, and then took the time to teach me how to continue everything at home. What really stood out was how much love and patience she put into the entire process. I felt completely comfortable knowing my dog was in such caring and capable hands. She gave me the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed together. I’m so grateful for everything she has done for both of us. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely loves dogs and knows how to bring out the very best in them, I highly recommend her! ❤️🐾

Liz worked with our Shih Tzu/Poodle Mix, Colby, that we rescued a few months ago. Off of Dog Wizard’s recommendation, we enrolled our little guy in the two week board and train, and we could not be more excited for the results. His anxiety, general obedience, and overall recall and behavior has vastly improved. Our dog has some major anxiety based reactivity problems, and Liz really worked hard to get him to a place of calm and obedience. When we got him back, we were blown away with the change in his demeanor in our home. And, through the follow up training sessions with us, we are feeling much more confident taking our dog on walks and having the tools to continue to improve. More than anything, Liz showed us, the humans, it is progress over perfection. She gave us and Colby a great foundation, and I truly appreciate all the after care Dog Wizard provides through the follow up sessions and group classes. I appreciate that, as long as owners are keeping up their end of the bargain, Liz and Dog Wizard will continue to assist dogs on their journeys. I will say, be ready to commit some time to your dog when you get them back. Commitment and consistency is key. Training is incredible but it is not a perfect fix. It really takes the owners following through and sticking with the program to make changes happen. I’m confident that with Liz and Dog Wizard’s support, Colby will be even more confident and calm a year to come!

We had such a wonderful experience with our dog trainer Liz! She worked with our 8-month-old Golden Retriever and helped him learn basic commands while also teaching him how to properly socialize and feel more comfortable around other dogs and people. What really stood out to us was how dedicated and involved she was throughout the entire training process. She sent us daily videos showing our puppy’s progress, which we loved because we were able to see firsthand everything he was learning and how much he was improving each day. Even after the training was completed, she continues to reach out and check in on our puppy’s progress. That level of care and follow-through really shows how much she genuinely loves what she does and cares about the dogs she works with. We are so happy with the progress our Golden Retriever has made and feel much more confident continuing his training at home. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a patient, knowledgeable, and caring dog trainer!

Five Stars *****for Dog Wizard & Piper’s trainer, Liz! Our boxer, Piper came to us as a foster rescue. She needed to be rehomed by her previous owners. We adopted her within 2 weeks. Our beautiful dog was in need of discipline, people skills, leash walking, & self confidence around other dogs. It was hard to leave her for 2 weeks, but Liz reassured us that was the best way to get the results that we wanted for our 2.5 year old ball of energy! Liz made it easy with photos of Piper with other dogs & on outings in public places. And we liked the added bonus of meeting with other graduates on Sat. at various locations for continued training with Liz & the other trainers! It helped us for Liz to come to our house after the formal training was over & re-enforce with us her newly acquired skills! Thanks again Liz & Dog Wizard for an outstanding job!
