I have utilized Charlene for training with several of my dogs over many years and am currently in a rally class with my 6 yr old Rottweiler. If you are ready to listen and learn she will be a great match for you. She has a vast amount of knowledge which she readily shares. She is a very straight forward , no nonsense person so don’t expect to be pampered. As we all know it is usually owners who need the most work not the dogs!🤣 I would highly recommend her and she has a lot of very devoted long term customers.

My Australian Labradoodle and I have trained with Charlene Marchand at Taizé Shepherd Kennel in North Chatham, NY for the past four years. During this time, we have passed the AKC Canine Good Citizen and TDI Therapy Dog tests, earned the AKC Rally Novice and Intermediate Titles and learned critical obedience behavior. These accomplishments are the result of the positive reinforcement training techniques used by Charlene. In addition to sharing knowledge gained from many years of experience, Charlene supplements classes regularly with practice materials and relevant articles from current dog training publications. Each dog and handler team is treated with care and respect in her well-organized and highly recommended program. We look forward to our classes with Charlene every week!

I have been training with Charlene for over 10 years with my German Shepherds and have had such a great experience that I recommend all of my friends and anyone struggling with difficult dogs train with her.
