Charlene Marchand is a fabulous trainer. My dog had a significant behavior problem for which I had worked with some other trainers, with limited progress. Charlene was amazing. She targeted the problem and worked with me in a highly individualized program, which succeeded in changing my life with my dog. My dog is happier and I can now totally enjoy him. Charlene is obviously very experienced with behavioral issues, and I have learned so much from her. She answers questions freely, is caring, clearly loves dogs and is passionate about her work. After I completed my private lessons, we joined some of her group classes (CGC & therapy, rally) and are still going to them. They are not only informative, but are both challenging and fun. My dog loves Charlene and loves her classes. If you need a trainer, I would highly recommend Charlene!

A compassionate and effective experience! We've been taking classes with Charlene for about 2 years (originally concerned with some behaviors, we started with beginner obedience, through K9 Good Citizen and now working on Novice Rally and Therapy Dog International) and have been consistently impressed with what our dog has been able to accomplish under Charlene's program. She exudes love and respect for all dogs, each of our class cohorts has had a wide array of breeds, mixes and sizes and inspires us to be the best dog caretakers/owners/handlers we can be. I could not recommend her more highly!
