Couldn’t recommend Jared enough. Before we even started with him, he was very transparent and willing to answer any questions or concerns me or my wife had going into a training program. We booked our reactive dog for a day train package and the difference has been night and day. Jared is able to answer any questions you may have as you move along the training program and is a great resource as you navigate continuing the training yourself.

Stoic Canine is amazing. We were having some issues with our boxer mix (running across the road chasing squirrels, running up to walkers/cyclists). We decided to do the 10 Day Board and Train. Within a couple of days Jared came to our house to train us with Brewer, and just in that short time, he was a changed dog. I can't recommend his training services enough. Jared is extremely professional and talented. He is worth every penny.

All I can say is not all heroes wear capes! We sent our puppy, Turbo, to Jared for a two week board and train in hopes that he could help us with our extremely energetic Field English Cocker Spaniel, who genuinely has the attention span of a goldfish. All jokes aside, I could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. From meeting Jared before training even began, to the constant updates throughout the process, to the final drop off where he carefully went over everything to make sure we were fully prepared to continue leading and training Turbo the right way, the entire experience was incredible. On top of that, Jared reassures you that you have his support for the life of the dog, which is an amazing feeling in itself. As far as Turbo’s progress, all I can say is wow. I actually joked with Jared before training started and said, “I’ll believe it when I see it,” when it came to getting Turbo to hold place on a place board. Sure enough, just a couple days later, Jared was sending us photos and videos of Turbo calmly holding place like a completely different dog. Anyone who knows Turbo knows that sounds nearly impossible. Of course, we still wondered if things would be different once she came home because every dog owner knows dogs can behave differently outside of training. But after Jared dropped Turbo off, we had our first peaceful dinner ever while Turbo calmly stayed on her place board the entire time without moving. We were honestly speechless. And that’s just one example. Before training, Turbo would pull nonstop on walks with absolutely no concern for whoever was holding the leash. Now she heels directly by our side with little to no reaction to surrounding dogs or people outside of normal puppy curiosity. She also had a bad habit of jumping on guests, cabinet doors, front doors, and basically anything vertical. The first time Jared brought her back home, she walked in calmly without jumping on anyone. It was honestly shocking to see. Jared truly was a blessing in disguise. While we absolutely plan to continue working with him in the future, what he has already done for us is beyond what words can describe. If you’re even considering training with Jared, take this review seriously. I’m not someone who typically leaves reviews, but the experience and level of service he provided absolutely deserved one.
