Thank you Jared with helping train our K9 Rex. Before Rex went through the board and train; he was hard to control and would not listen. Rex came home a much better behaved dog. He is still spicy and stubborn at times but that makes Rex different than my previous German Shepherd dogs. I feel that this training not only helped us to make him a better dog but brought Rex and I closer with bonding. I recommend Stoic Canine if you looking for help with your K9.

5/5 Stars - Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Jared at Stoic Canine! From start to finish, he was incredibly flexible with our schedule and extremely informative throughout the entire training process. He did a truly amazing job with our dog, Rosie. What we appreciated most was that Jared didn't just train Rosie—he took the extra time to work directly with me and my wife so we knew exactly what to do. He even went above and beyond by coming to our house at the end of one of our sessions to work with Rosie in her own environment, rather than just keeping everything at his place. Jared was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and texts, and he has followed up with us several times since to see how everything is going. I’ll admit that when we first saw nothing but 5-star reviews, we were a little skeptical and thought they might be fake. Having gone through the training now, I can tell you they are entirely legitimate. We highly recommend checking him out for any training needs!

We worked with Jarod with our mini Aussie, who is very smart, but a bit on the shy/timid side. She had some reactivity issues with public places, other people, and other dogs, which only amplified when she was attacked by another dog. After Jarod worked with her, we noticed a difference in her behavior almost right away, and she is now able to regulate herself in public easily with extremely little to no reactivity. He gave her, but also my partner and I the tools to be able to navigate those moments with ease, and she’s now a joy to bring in public places. His approach is gentle but firm, which was perfect for our little shy Aussie.

Life with a reactive dog can be stressful, so finding the right trainer is crucial. Jared listened to my issues with my pitty mix and he discussed our best path forward. He’s really good with learning about each dog and the best way to approach their issues. My boy Johnny Cash is now calmer in general, he is very in tune with his people and looks for instruction or just checks in when we are on a walk. He used to lunge and bark when he saw another dog. now, Now he will acknowledge them but has little interest. I’m so happy with his progress that I’m sending my other dog to Jared for a week! I highly recommend Stoic Canine.
