We held out for longer than we should have to do proper training with our German Shepherd, but Jon didn’t mind. He willingly excepted the challenge to help us work with our anxious girl. Jon’s patience and good nature are two of his finest qualities and it’s clear from the start that he absolutely loves dogs and is dedicated to making their home life situation better. We opted for several at-home sessions before boarding her for the sixteen day board-and-train. So far, we have seen much success in our less anxious girl. Her barking has lessened and she seems more at peace in the house and when visitors arrive. She is responding to commands and her behavior has improved in SUCH a short time. Whether you have a puppy or an adult dog, it’s evident Jon has a knack for working with animals. We can’t recommend Steady Paws enough!

Jon is extremely knowledgeable about dog behavior and easy to work with. He was very accommodating with our schedules and always available to answer any questions. The atmosphere in our home is much more relaxed and calm after training with Jon. Overall, we'd recommend Jon for behavior and obedience training.
Jon has been fantastic with our Saint Berdoodle! Our pup is a large breed and super energetic. The training has really helped in making him easier to manage and our home a much more relaxed environment! Definitely recommend! Thumbs up!!
