Stand Proud Dog Training

Stand Proud has done nothing but exceed my expectations. I chose to do a 2 week board and train program that revolutionized me and my furry friends world. Outside of the training, the Stand Proud Team has been extremely flexible and patient through the whole process and really allowed me to do it all at my own pace. From providing all the tools, training, take-home, to exceeding in customer care and really sticking to their values. We love the Stand Proud pack! We've been getting great results helping our Australian Cattle Dog mix, she needed correction we didn't know how to give. She would jump on visitors, had bad leash etiquette and would react wildly to other dogs. Even within the first session we received knowledge to use on a daily basis and the situation started improving immediately. Over a few months we worked on different behaviors and it's going so well! Training takes time and it's up to us to show our doggos how to behave; Stand Proud gives you the tools & insight to do that. We opted for at-home training and it worked out really well for us. Brandon, Danielle and Ian are all fantastic to work with and we are super happy with our investment, partnership and growing friendship! They converted our problem into our confidence :-) Very highly recommended.

I highly recommend the Stand Proud Dog team. They’re incredible. My Aussie used to be so hyperactive, anxious, and disobedient and it’s because I didn’t have the proper tools to train her. Now my friends and people comment on how “chill” and well behaved she is, they usually say “especially for an Aussie”. I do 2-3 weeks of boarding (minimum) with Stand Proud every year and it has been the best investment in my dogs happiness. She can now even mountain bike with me in a really tight and strong heel.

What an incredible establishment and group of trainers. As an anxious mom of a 1 year old, I didn't want a puppy, but desperately wanted a dog. Danielle got back to me within 24 hours of my application. She had never met me, but she had Ian meet us in Carson to introduce Carl (a rescue) to my son to see if it was a good fit. It was! Carl went through the board and train quickly after we got him as he had no formal training prior and we needed tools for him and my son to coexist with confidence. Carl came home with a good base of knowledge, but the next few weeks of personal and group lessons he truly became the dog that we thought he could be. I am convinced if every business had a Danielle running it, it would be successful as she is painfully organized and prompt with responses. We have worked with Ian, Abby, Austin, and Brandon and they have all helped us with Carl in their own way. Thank you SO much Stand Proud! Bringing Carl into the family made us whole, but we could not have done it without you guys.

Professional, kind, well staffed, knowledgeable, thorough, easy scheduling, supporting a true family business, and the best service I’ve ever experienced in business. They’re so organized. Brandon (owner) and Danielle both have created a true experience for your dog. You will be so glad you spent the money. If you’re a dog owner, you should have your dog trained, period. And so, the best training is here at Stand Proud. They took such good care of our GSP and love him like we do. All in all, choosing Stand Proud was the best decision I’ve made for our 1 yr old puppy. I know what I’m doing now, and so does our pup. So pleased. They also have great value, comparatively. Their packages are helpful, and thought out in a way that helps everyone. Don’t hesitate here, they’re too notch trainers, for all types of breeds. Our dog is a bird dog (GSP) and they were a perfect fit for us.
