I'm sorry to hear that your experience in the class didn't meet your expectations. It's important for us to address your concerns and provide clarification regarding the structure of our classes. While our group classes do incorporate some individual demonstrations to illustrate techniques, our primary method of instruction is through observation and self-study. We provide comprehensive written instructions and videos as part of the learning process. This approach allows students to absorb the material at their own pace and reinforce their understanding through practice. Regarding your specific comment about not receiving one-on-one instruction, I must clarify that our classes do include opportunities for individual coaching during demonstrations. We have video footage of you and Rita receiving one-on-one coaching during group class. However, the majority of the learning is designed to occur through group observation and practice. I also want to address your mention of your interaction with our instructor during the class. We strive to provide a supportive and constructive learning environment for all of our students. We need to ensure that every handler feels comfortable and confident in their skills. While coaching you on proper techniques, we noticed some rough handling and behaviors that did not align with what we had taught in previous sessions. We believe that constructive feedback is crucial for growth, and we encourage all of our students to remain open to suggestions and guidance. We're here to support you in developing a positive and effective relationship with your dog. While we understand that learning can sometimes be challenging, our instructors are here to provide guidance and assistance to help each student succeed. If you feel that you require more personalized attention or instruction, we do offer private lessons tailored to individual needs. This option allows for focused coaching and support to address specific concerns or challenges.
