As much as I train dogs, I train humans to become Mindful Canine Leaders: A mindful canine leader will practice consistency, patience, playfulness, and compassion. My dog pulls on his leash so hard, I don’t enjoy our walks any longer because I can barely control him. Is there a way to stop him from pulling on his leash so we can enjoy our walks together?

I have helped countless people of all ages to gain leash control. Sometimes it’s a simple manner of having the appropriate equipment. Usually, it requires 3-1 hour sessions to teach you and your dog the four different types of walks, proper leash techniques and commands that will make walking fun for parent and pet.

I am amazed with Todd’s training. Found at 5 months old, emaciated, and freezing, Phoebe was scared of everything, and unsure of me as her new human. I fostered and fell in love with her, but wasn’t sure her & I could/should live together! She’s much younger than me! I searched for dog training on-line, but Serenity sounded like the most perfect solution for Phoebe & I. Behaviorally analyzing Phoebe, I realized I needed AND found a real “dog whisperer”. Todd has enabled Phoebe and I to build our trust, confidence, patience, respect and love for each other! Phoebe is now potty trained, sits, touches, focuses, comes, and SNUGGLES with me. She loves Barkside Dog Bar, walking on a leash, and the neighborhood’s dog park. I can enter a dog park with Phoebe confidentially now!! Phoebe and I are excited to reinforcement, and advancement in our training! Todd - THANK YOU!

Todd was wonderful with our puppy and has given us many tools to help us train our puppy. Our puppy has learned a lot and will continue to learn because of the training we received. To add, our puppy was always excited to see him and learn new things. Highly recommend!

We just had our first class with Todd and it went great! He was very personable and friendly with us, and our dog. After just that first meeting we learned so much and can tell that it'll have lasting effects with our boy. We are excited to continue our training

Leo and I just finished our six week beginners training with Todd. What can I say about Serenity Dog Training? Wow, what an education. Little did I know how much “I” needed to learn so I could train Leo. Todd’s knowledge of the animal kingdom is impressive. That gets transferred to his education of our pets and owners. Todd is smart, patient, kind, and organized. This was a very new experience for me and pretty scary at first. My fears were alleviated after day one. After some solo training with Leo I’ll be signing up for the Intermedia Dog Training. For those interested in knowing more about Serenity Dog Training I highly recommend you speak with Todd directly. He will answer any questions and give you the guidance you need to make a decision.
