FirstBarkTodd was awesome! He helped us with our corgi puppy who was a handful. He helped us integrate him with our older dog in a safe way! I definitely recommend him for any of your training needs! We will definitely use Todd again if any other issues arise with our dogs or if they or we need a refresher!

My dog pulls on his leash so hard, I don’t enjoy our walks any longer because I can barely control him. Is there a way to stop him from pulling on his leash so we can enjoy our walks together?
I have helped countless people of all ages to gain leash control. Sometimes it’s a simple manner of having the appropriate equipment. Usually, it requires 3-1 hour sessions to teach you and your dog the four different types of walks, proper leash techniques and commands that will make walking fun for parent and pet.

Todd has been amazing! We rescued our Oliver in July 2023. He was withdrawn and we actually thought he was deaf. He didn’t even know his name. After a lot of love and patience he came around to be a part of our pack. We hired Todd (ironically my husband’s name too) to fine tune Oliver’s walking and jumping skills and we learned so much more in the beginner class. Todd is very kind, patient and knowledgeable with Oliver. He truly is an amazing trainer, and now friend. We will take Oliver to the dog park soon. We will continue training with Todd into the intermediate classes. We can’t wait to see Oliver grow and learn more. Before we even paid, Todd was willing to offer information and even go to the dog park with us- something I found to be intimidating as a first time dog owner. Highly recommend, especially for puppy owners!

Todd connected well with Ivy! He is very patient/kind & knowledgeable. Most rescues have issues, unfortunately more than others but they are really sweet pups that give a lot of love and affection. Todd works well with pits and rescues of all types. I would definitely reach out to him with any of your concerns.

There is nothing like having a dog trainer come to your home and Todd was even better than I expected! He has such great energy and had a wonderful, kind and gentle as well as fun way with our puppy. Todd trains the owner as well as the dog so we are all on the same page. I have had 3 golden retrievers over the last 40 years and have loved them dearly and I’ve been to many dog obedience classes. I can say Todd has given us more knowledge than all of them put together! His manuals are also great with simple effective training instructions. We look forward to even more training from Todd!!
