Fantastic experience! Evan is very knowledgeable in this field and demonstrates it through his methods and the results. We appreciated the in depth explanation of all aspects of training our dog (behaviors, learning patterns, and how to train through consistency). We also appreciated his recommendations on pet care (diet, coat brushes and nail trimming techniques). All around a great experience and well worth the money if you have a desire to understand your dog better and learn some new perspective on how to interact with your dog and others' pets! A few weeks ago I have my 1 year 6 month old dog, Cleo, stay with Evan for a 2 week board and train. She really needed to work on her obedience and excitement when distractions were around and Evan was able to help tremendously. I had a few sessions with other trainers but their recommendations weren’t helpful and I was scared I wouldn’t find a good trainer. I was also worried she’d change and not be the excited loving dog she is but since she’s been back its clear to see she’s the same dog just with better listening skills and ability to calm herself and seem less stressed and anxious in highly distracting situations for her. It was honestly the best thing I could’ve done for my dog and I 110% recommend Evan to anyone seeking training help with their own dog.

Evan did a fantastic job helping us take our two dogs from being practically un-walkable to us being able to enjoy walks again. As an added benefit, they are better behaved around the house as well, but outside behavior around other dogs was our primary concern. We are finally able to walk our dogs without the stress and embarrassment that their behavior used to create. Worth every last penny! Highly recommended!!
