Javier and the team at Proactive Dog Training are complete life changers! If you have a new pup that needs training, look no further than PDT conveniently located in Downtown Cary. We tried other trainers and no one helped us more and compared to the transformation the PDT team was able to bring out in Riley. I 110% recommend Javier and his wonderful team to anyone that may have a new pup they want trained or an older dog that could use more consistent obedience. Riley went from ruling our house and treating my arms and clothes as chew toys to being the most respectful and obedient little pup. Since coming back from training Riley has been the most chill dog. I never have to worry about what she’s doing or getting into and I can finally wear my “good tshirts” without worrying about them getting holes. And Riley and I have a much stronger bond with a lot less frustration and can spend even more time playing and snuggling! Javier and team had the patience with me to answer my millions of questions and kept me updated on her progress with daily photos and videos. I literally spent hours refreshing YouTube waiting for a new training video to be uploaded so that I could keep track of her progress. And I even got to join in on some of the training which was super helpful since I was the one that needed to be trained. I also never had a doubt that she was being taken care of and loved. They always provided a prompt response when I had any questions or concerns. To this day if I text Javier about something he reaches out to help. Oh and Riley’s favorite part? Being able to play with the other dogs and getting yummy treats all day everyday. And her face when I tell her how proud I am of her is the best!
