About Proactive Dog Training, LLC
We are a dog training facility that also boards in order to maintain the high level of reliability we expect. Our board and train program allows us to teach the dogs what is expected of them and then we test them in public to make sure they behave everywhere and with different handlers. This makes the transfer to the owners smoother. We love sharing videos and having owners join us on the proofing stage of the dogs (during public outings) that way you can be part of the process. We then teach you how to maintain what your dog learned and offer continuing education.

Wonderful
My Pomsky ‘Kai’ is a dream dog since she trained with Javier and Proactive. She is always so excited to see the crew and literally will jump Into their car if she sees them. Javier is truly the dog whisperer and I am so grateful we were able to enlist him in developing Kai pure joy.

We brought our shepherd, Gunner, there earlier this year for the UDP board/train. From the beginning, Javier was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. After the first phone call, we knew he was our guy. Since we live a few hours away and couldn’t attend all the post-training, he kept Gunner for ANOTHER week just to make sure he was ready at no extra cost. That goes to show that he TRULY cares about the dogs coming to his facility and wants to make sure they’re fully ready when released back to the owner. He provided videos and pictures which are posted every day to their own personal playlist. His team spent extra time with us to make sure we knew our role in his continued training. We have since used him and his team for short stays with our other dog, despite the distance. Cannot recommend Proactive Dog Training enough!!

He is a new man, and we now have the skills to maintain his new expectations. Communication was great and there were regular video updates. Be sure to participate in the public outings if you can. It is a huge help. I fully trusted them with him you can tell right away they know their stuff. If you have been debating this and are reading this right now, do it. You won't believe the difference.
