FirstBarkWe just completed the basic obedience course at the Meridian location with Justin and I highly recommend this class! Justin’s instructions were always very clear and easy to follow. He would demonstrate with a dog from the group and it was great to see him work with all of them.

I recently adopted two dogs, that are one and half years old. I have been working with them both in my home and yard. But I'm finding that they are scared of everything out side of my yard . Do you have any suggestions?

Dogs are like children, if you expect them to continue to do what they learned, you must reinforce it. Positive Pets does training with you to reinforce everything they have taught your dog.

Dogs cant lie...so if you arent doing your homework (consistently reinforcing the training)we will know. We absolutely want you and your pup to succeed, but for that to happen, you must do your part!

She will only forget if you dont practice. If you dont use it, you lose it! The trainers give you all the tools and resources you need to continue practicing too, which I have noticed a lot of other places dont really commit to like Positive Pets does. And think of it this way, 30 minutes of training spread throughout the day only takes about 3% of your entire day. The difference that every day practice will make is phenomenal.

I had my dog Mocha getting the service dog training with them. So professional and at the same time so lovely environment you feel like they are family 😍. So please with the program ☺️
We just completed our six week puppy preschool, and we had the best time learning how to play with other dogs and focus on the trainer with other dogs distractions. We learned a bunch of new things and I can’t wait to sign up for our next class
We have done many classes and services with them and love it. Our pup started with Puppy Preschool and then day training which were great. Distraction and Advanced classes built confidence in our dogs and in ourselves. And speciality classes like Nose Work and Agility have been so much fun! Worth every penny for the training and community experienced
Our puppy had the pleasure of having Ayla as her trainer. She was great with her and our puppy really enjoyed being around her which made it so much easier to have our puppy engaged in the lessons. We would highly recommend using Positive Pets as your go to for your training needs! I’m sure all of their trainers are great, we just really enjoyed having Ayla as our pups trainer!
