I recently adopted two dogs, that are one and half years old. I have been working with them both in my home and yard. But I'm finding that they are scared of everything out side of my yard . Do you have any suggestions?

Go visit Positive Pets w/ or w/o them and ask them in person. We have had great results with them.

Dogs are like children, if you expect them to continue to do what they learned, you must reinforce it. Positive Pets does training with you to reinforce everything they have taught your dog.

Dogs cant lie...so if you arent doing your homework (consistently reinforcing the training)we will know. We absolutely want you and your pup to succeed, but for that to happen, you must do your part!

She will only forget if you dont practice. If you dont use it, you lose it! The trainers give you all the tools and resources you need to continue practicing too, which I have noticed a lot of other places dont really commit to like Positive Pets does. And think of it this way, 30 minutes of training spread throughout the day only takes about 3% of your entire day. The difference that every day practice will make is phenomenal.

10/10! We signed up for a few 1-on-1 classes for our Jack Russell pup, and he's come a long way in just a month! Tas was very detailed when it came to training. If a specific issue popped up, she would help us figure out a way to correct his behavior and would explain why he may be acting up. Having that extra knowledge has been very useful. We start group classes soon, and I'm excited to see what else he learns!

Justin was a highlight, he is very knowledgeable and professional. He delivers the material in a way that’s easy to digest and practice. I would recommend Justin, Positive Pets, and the Puppy Preschool program. This is the second dog we’ve used Positive Pets to aid our training. I will use them again. I absolutely recommend this place! We’ve never had a dog that’s been so good on leash and with recall! All of the trainers were fantastic especially Taz!! We got our very large puppy in for training at 5 months old and I am so thankful we did. Before going to training, we would try to go on walks and he would just lay flat on the ground, now he walks with confidence and focuses on us with a loose leash! We have a year of specialty classes to look forward to and I’m excited to see what he’ll learn!

We have just finished basic training for our Webster and couldn’t be more pleased!! From Angie managing the front (and keeping me in place), to Tas astonishing us with her phenomenal training tact and patience with Webster (and us), we are quite in awe!
