This is where you drop off your dog, and 2-weeks later you pick up a dog that is flawless outside, off-leash, with distractions! This is a very strange company, I'd be careful. I called the 585 number on the website to only be told i reached the NYC location and the claimed to have no knowledge of the Rocheser location...I have left messges and sent emails, no resposnes...I'd be very careful here, we are moving on to another option as this site feels like some kind of marketing scam.
We brought our 3 year old lab to Alex for the two week board and train program. He completely transitioned him. He did such an amazing job turning him around, he no longer barks and pulls on the leash to get to other people or dogs. He doesn’t struggle with distractions anymore and is trusted off leash. I had the best experience and highly recommend this program and our trainer Alex!

Every trainer we met is phenomenal! They really helped because our puppy is a good boy- but he just would get overly excited. Off Leash has been a GODSEND, especially as my husband and i prepare for our first baby :) Dakota really loved his first trainer as a puppy, Rebecca- she was so kind and helpful, and he picked up lessons so quickly. Alex did his boarding training and he was the best- it was amazing seeing progression videos and getting reports back daily. We’re now able to take him on walks with other dogs completely off leash :)
