Our Peanut completed the 2 week Board & Train program with Certified Trainer Avery. Avery kept this worried Mom stress free with daily updates and tons of pics and videos. She made sure we were trained so we could continue Peanut’s learned skills at home. She listened to our concerns, devised a plan and delivered. She truly loves her job and it shows. Our Peanut graduated and we couldn’t be more pleased! One last note: We accidentally left the dog food at home and she went above and beyond and bought the brand we use just so we wouldn’t have to make the drive back to Mechanicsburg! She truly went above and beyond and she would do the same for your pup.

We sent both of our puppies to the 2 week board and train. Avery the trainer did an amazing job teaching our dogs important commands and correct behavior. The puppies loved her. Avery was very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Our dog came home from the 2 week board and train so scared and with his personality 100% gone. He refused to eat for 3 weeks after coming home because he was so scared of doing something wrong and getting shocked, since at training they basically electric shock the dogs for every little thing they do wrong, even if they don’t understand the command, and then they send you home with the shock collar and want you to do the same thing. This is not obedience training, it is simply teaching your dog to be afraid of you. Throughout the week and upon picking my dog up, they showed us videos of him doing well with the trainer. I was impressed, but we quickly learned that our dog did not get trained, he was just conditioned to be afraid of the trainer he worked with. I called the company, expressed my concerns, and asked for a partial refund so we can get him training elsewhere since he was not any better once he got home. I was told that “we don’t do no refunds” and that I was “the first person to call and complain in 15 years,” which I find incredibly hard to believe after how my poor dog came home. My heart breaks thinking about what he may have experienced here. This was a total waste of $2200.

She made sure she messaged me everyday to show Denver's progress. She was very attentive to him.
I can't be more impressed!
Denver came home a brand new dog! The transformation is absolutely amazing!
Denver now follows all commands and is sooo well behaved!
