Off Leash K9 Training Lexington

Great experience and results! Chip did an awesome job with our Mazie. Our little girl, bless her heart, was absolutely bursting with energy. Before the training she was doing what she wanted and how she wanted. We tried multiple things to try and work with her. We found Off Leash while doing some research and decided to give it a go. The results after the training was amazing. Mazie had done a complete 180, she will actually listen to us now. At pickup, the turnover lasted approximately 2hrs with great information and some hands on with Mazie. It's been about a week since we picked her up and she's still doing great. Chip was excellent during the training, giving us updates, pics, and videos. He was very knowledgeable and great with our pup. Highly recommend Off Leash!

The BEST 2 week board and train and puppy classes!!! We started our golden retriever puppy at 4.5 months old with Pat for puppy training classes. Pat went above and beyond to teach us fundamentals to training, and even went through the psychology behind why they train the way they do at Offleash K9. These classes are 1:1 with you, the trainer, and the puppy which really allowed us to tailor the class to our puppy’s needs. Pat was also very accommodating to our schedule to make sure we were able to get in a session each week. He also was always available by phone if we had any questions while practicing our skills at home, which we really appreciated!! We then did the 2 week board and train at around 5.5 months old with Lewis. This was hands down the best decision we ever made for our dog!! We had issues with jumping, biting, counter surfing, leash pulling, and difficulty with obedience in a more stimulating environment. We discussed these issues with Lewis, and he was able to correct these behaviors during the board and train. Lewis sent us updates and videos every day, showing us his progress, and discussing things he is doing well/needs to work on. After the 2 weeks, we picked up our dog and Lewis trained us how to implement the commands/training patterns at home so we can continue practicing with our dog. We are 1 week out from the board and train now, and our dog has been amazing at home! We are now able to cook without him jumping on the counter/eating off the table, the biting and jumping significantly improved, and he is much more obedient. We even have been able to take him out with us to a brewery, and have him sit while we ate and drank and watched a football game. I could never imagine an almost 6 month old golden retriever be able to do that. Lewis continues to be available to answer any questions we have. He even did a house visit to help us adjust our dog’s collar. These trainers go above and beyond! We are so grateful for Offleash K9 and how much they positively changed our dog’s behavior and our lives!

Chip is amazing. He goes above and beyond the agreed upon terms. He is very thorough during the turnover process, ensuring we as the dog owners understand how to properly use the commands our dog learned going forward. We had an issue at our house with our dog and Chip showed up 15 minutes later to corrrect the issue in our dogs everyday environment. He truely cares about the animals he trains and his results are outstanding. I would highly recommend Chip and Off leash K9 training.
