Hey there! Unfortunately, we do not offer water rescue training and am unsure if any local training companies do. Maybe check out "Pup n Iron", I know they do some specialty training. -Joe

A+++…Off Leash K9 Training, Fredericksburg did an amazing job of training our 1 1/2 year old Boxer, Benny. Our trainer, Colby, did a masterful job of executing a two week training plan for our pup and I was simply amazed with the results. We dropped off a hyper-reactive dog who pulled on the leash during walks, jumped on guests, and barely listened to commands and we left with the same goofy and loveable pup but one who is now well-behaved and responds to the commands he was taught. Truly appreciate the daily updates and videos Colby provided us during training and the incredibly detailed one-on-one training he provided us at pickup so we can continue to enforce good behavior at home. Thank you Colby for taking great care of our pup while he was with you and for monumentally improving quality of life for both us and Benny! Genuinely recommend Off Leash K9, Fredericksburg to dog owners in need of training —your pup will be in great hands!

We enrolled our crazy (but lovable) 1.5-year-old boxer, Benny, in the two-week board and train program with Colby and the results were amazing!! Benny started with very little manners and was super reactive on walks. Colby was incredibly attentive, patient, and really took the time to understand our goals for Benny before drop off and on drop off day. He kept us updated daily with fun videos of Benny’s progress, which we loved, and waited for each day lol. At pickup, he walked us through everything Benny learned and made sure we felt confident continuing at home. He was so kind and encouraging. It was obvious how much Benny adored him, and that meant everything to us. We’re so grateful Benny was matched with him. We highly recommend Colby and Off Leash K9 Training! Thank you, Colby!!

Thanks to her dedication and expertise, he can now confidently hold a sit, down, and place for extended periods, walks beautifully on a leash, and consistently comes during off-leash walks. Katie fostered a strong relationship with our puppy during our meet and greet. We had an outstanding experience with Emma from Off Leash K-9 Training during our 9-month-old Dogo Argentino, Jorah’s, two-week board and train program. From the start, Emma was warm, professional, and clearly passionate about her work. She kept us consistently updated with detailed photos and videos of his progress, which gave us so much peace of mind while Jorah was away. Her communication and dedication made the entire process seamless and reassuring. The results have been incredible. Jorah now has a solid off-leash foundation with come, sit, down, place, and heel, and he responds with confidence and consistency. Emma also addressed our concerns with leash biting, jumping, and over-excitement around other dogs, and the improvement has made a huge difference in our daily lives. She also took the time to work with us directly to ensure we felt confident continuing his training at home. Jorah came home happy, well-adjusted, and eager to keep learning.
