Hey there! Unfortunately, we do not offer water rescue training and am unsure if any local training companies do. Maybe check out "Pup n Iron", I know they do some specialty training.

We had an amazing experience with Jake Black during Nova’s 3-week stay. From the very beginning, he really listened to us and our needs for training, and kept us informed every step of the way. Nova struggled with boundaries, was very reactive to other dogs, and had poor door manners. But the transformation in just three weeks has been incredible. She came back more calm, less reactive to dogs, and so much easier to take out. Her door manners have improved so much, and she understands what’s expected of her now. Of course, her attitude still pops out here and there (the husky in her isn’t going anywhere). I especially loved the daily updates they made such a difference. Getting to see how she was doing each day was so reassuring, and I even created a group chat with my family so everyone could stay updated on Nova’s progress. On pick up day he explained how to use the tools and showed us how to continue reinforcing everything at home. Jake was amazing trainer. We’re so grateful for the time, care, and dedication that went into helping Nova become her best self. Highly recommend to anyone looking for obedience training.

Worst decision I ever made. Dog was only trained with the trainer. After a month out and trying to walk him with the leash the trainer reccomended my dog died from lack of oxygen and heat stroke from pulling so damn much on my leash. Paid 4k for a sure way to kill my dog. Wish I would’ve never made this purchase.

Our experience with Off Leash K9 as a whole was very easy and positive. For our trainer specifically, Abby, we feel she went above and beyond from day 1 where I asked to speak with her in more depth than the initial intake call to explain the issues we were having. Abby took the time to thoroughly ask questions about the problems we were having, review what training we had attempted to implement, and discuss how she felt she could support with the problems we were having. She communicated clearly and effectively throughout the 2 week board and train, sent positive feedback along with excellent pictures and videos, and identified areas she wanted to continue to grow on.
At the day of pick up she was thorough, spent almost two and half hours making sure we had the skills to continue helping our pup grow and remain confident and in control. Just in the two days our pup has been home there has been a significant improvement in their self control and ability to follow commands. We finally feel like we have a pup who is part of the family rather than someone creating chaos at every opportunity, with two young children we already have enough of that.
We could not be happier with our service from both OLK and Abby and would highly recommend them to anyone who is having trouble managing their furry friends, it is worth every penny.

The training session I had when picking Crosby up on his homecoming was awesome. I will continue to work with Crosby.
