Off Leash K9 Training, Chicago

This program is incredible. Our 1yr old boxer, Milo worked with Carson. He is an amazing trainer and taught Milo everything we asked plus more. Our biggest request was him to respond to recall because our lake house has no fenced in yard. Milo now listens when called even with distractions and is able to roam the yard and swim at his leisure. It’s amazing what he learned in 2 weeks. He will sit, stay in place with distractions, listens when called to come and walks on a leash without pulling. We are thrilled with the results can’t say enough nice things about Carson and this program. I highly recommend them

We had the best experience with Off Leash and our dog’s trainer Carson! Goose completed the 2 week board and train program to prep for the arrival of our first baby and we couldn’t be happier. Goose has always been a good boy, but not the best listener and liked to push our boundaries. He is still the same silly dog, but is so obedient now and has more tools for training. We had a 2-hour session with Carson to ensure we implemented the training correctly and he has been a resource for us since Goose has arrived back home. Couldn’t recommend more!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend Samantha and Off Leash K9 Training. I sent my 8-month-old Golden Retriever to the 2-week Board & Train program, and the entire experience was outstanding. Sam kept me updated every day with detailed messages, photos, and videos. I could clearly see the progress, especially with leash pulling and his confidence around loud noises. At pickup, Sam spent 2–3 hours with me, walking through every command — sit, down, place, and heel — while also adding duration and distractions to each one. For a Golden Retriever puppy, he was laser-focused. She helped me understand how to communicate clearly and build his confidence. She was incredibly patient and gave me helpful cues that made it all click. I left feeling ready to continue the training on my own. The next day, I took him for a walk through a busy, noisy area — something that used to be really stressful — and the difference was amazing. He stayed on heel, matched my pace, and responded calmly to distractions. Leash pulling had decreased by about 90%, and for a puppy, that’s a huge win. I’m so grateful for the foundation Sam built for us. Her skill, patience, and communication made all the difference.

Carson is the best!!!!! We brought our 8 year old dog reactive pit mix to him for the 2 week board and train and we got the same sassy girl but with a whole new attitude towards dogs!!! He sent us amazingly thorough updates everyday along with pictures or videos of her and you could tell how happy she was with him. He was also able to tell us that she is slightly hard of hearing which has helped us communicate with her better and more effectively. He helped us so much so that we were able to take her to public places and not have to worry about her reactivity. We cannot thank him enough and would recommend him and this program to anyone debating it or looking into training. So so worth it!!! Thank you so so much Carson!!!
