Off Leash K9 Training

If I could give Jacqueline 100 stars I would. What Jacqueline did for us and our dog has changed our home dynamic and life. Our 6month old lab/hound was a typical pup, but I knew that if I didn't get a hold of some of the behaviors he was demonstrating it wasn't going to get any better, it was going to get far worse. From digging up our yard with holes so deep you could break an ankle, to running around after my kids jumping, grabbing at their clothes that they required a new wardrobe weekly are just some of the things we were experiencing. Enter Jacqueline... I found her online, read the glowing reviews, (mostly filled with people regretting that they didn't contact her earlier). I filled out her form and she contacted me within 24hrs. I knew from 2minutes into the call that she was the one to help us. What you see is what you get from Jacqueline. She is clear on everything from beginning to end - open, honest and as transparent as they come. So off went our 6 month old dog Benji and when we got him back it was like nothing short of a miracle. He was still our Benji minus all the annoying behaviors. We have of course followed everything that Jacqueline taught us to do and now we are reaping all the benefits of the training. We have had Benji back home for around 2 months and I can't remember the last time we walked him on leash. He comes hiking with us, to the beach, (she also taught him how to swim, I mean what more could you want?), he comes to all my sons football practices and games... We don't want to leave him at home for any reason because it's so easy to take him everywhere with us - he listens and as a result his behavior is amazing. We can't thank Jacqueline enough for everything. Put it this way, if I haven't text Jacqueline in a couple of weeks she texts me to make sure everything is going ok. What more could you want? Jacqueline invests her heart and soul into the training and you can tell that a mile off just from when you speak to her. I would highly recommend Jacqueline. I didn't know her before, but I'm so glad that I do now.

Love, love, love Jackie and her technique. From the moment we first chatted, we just clicked and I knew she was the one I wanted and trusted to train our puppy. We are from Newburgh, NY and gave her our 9 month old un-neutered male doberman to work her magic on and he came back perfectly mannered and willingly obedient. Communication before, during, and after board and train is/was an absolute breeze and she has been exceedingly helpful and transparent throughout the time we've been working together. I have zero reservations in recommending her above any other trainer for e-collar board and train and look forward to our continued relationship with her.

Training with Jacqueline is one of the best decisions I’ve made! I sent my almost 2-year-old Doberman, Roxie, to board and train with Jacqueline for 3 weeks, and what a difference it’s made! I’ve seen a huge improvement in Roxie’s confidence and obedience, making life so much less stressful for both of us! From our very first phone call (less than 24 hours after I filled out her questionnaire online), Jacq’s passion, love, and dedication to her craft has shown. She has taken the time to answer every single question and speak to every concern I’ve had. Roxie’s board and train has ended, but Jacq is always just a text away to review videos and help me make adjustments so I can continue what she started with Roxie. Jacqueline loves Roxie like she’s her own! The way she connected with her and understands her allowed her to teach me how to clearly communicate with Roxie, making our bond that much stronger! This training was an investment, but SO worth it!!

Kind, thorough, compassionate and dedicated to her craft, Jaqueline is the best in dog training. We had the privilege of working with her to train our 10 month old lab puppy. Here’s the message I sent her after Poppy’s first walk “Hey Jackie, this is Danny. Just to give more justice to how incredible your training has been… I took Oliver and Bodie for a walk this afternoon with Poppy. Bodie was on my back in hiking pack and Oliver in the stroller. Before the training, Poppy would pull and was not easy to walk. I did this once before with the boys and it wasn’t easy. We live on a great 2.5 mile loop with big hills. Poppy walked at pace the entire walk, didn’t not pull and was the most pleasurable dog to walk I’ve ever had. We passed a house where I could see a giant Doberman and Rottweiler off leash. They started to approach, from 100 ft, every 20ft or so I yelled “hey” to get the owners attention. A little worried and I had both boys and Poppy. She did not pull, she did not lose character, she whimpered a few times and finally the owner called off the dogs as they were within 20ft of us. Rottweiler was named “Bowser” huge dog. Poppy for all 2.5 miles did not lose her composure except for walking past this run in with a dog she chased back and forth as a puppy. A couple button pushes, she regained composure and then after getting into the down position, I let her know it was okay to chase the dog a little bit. She quickly got it out of her system. On the way back, she paced exactly next to Oliver in the stroller, he looked over and watched her for about 5 minutes. In awe and almost disbelieve that this was the same dog. I actually became emotional and teared up seeing the two of them gaze at each other. Poppy really feels like a part of our family now and not a crazy puppy.”

We sent our dog Otis to train with Jacqueline for three weeks, and he came back truly transformed! Otis not only learned so much during his time with her, but he also clearly enjoyed the experience. Jacqueline created a positive, structured environment where he could thrive, and it’s obvious how much she genuinely cares about the dogs she trains and their long-term success. One of the things we’ve appreciated most is how straightforward she’s made it to continue Otis’s training at home. Her guidance is clear, practical, and easy to follow—even after the program ended, she’s continued to support us by reviewing videos, answering questions, and offering advice whenever needed. We’re beyond grateful for the progress Otis has made and couldn’t be happier that we chose Jacqueline!
