We sent our dog Otis to train with Jacqueline for three weeks, and he came back an absolute superstar! Jacqueline goes above and beyond—not only is she incredibly dedicated and caring during the training, but she continues to support us even after it’s over. She’s always willing to review videos, answer questions over text, or hop on a call to help us better understand Otis and reinforce his progress. What a great experience! As a first-time dog owner, I was really nervous about leaving my puppy Louie for three weeks—especially with him wearing an E-collar. But Jacqueline was so compassionate and understanding. She knew exactly how I felt and made sure to keep me updated with frequent pictures, videos, and great communication throughout the entire process. Thanks to her, my relationship with Louie has completely transformed. He now walks calmly beside me, doesn’t bark at the TV or out the window, and no longer reacts to other dogs on walks. He listens, makes eye contact, and just seems so much more relaxed overall. He’s also become even more loving—our bond feels stronger than ever. Even though it was hard to be away from him at first, I’m so glad I trusted Jacqueline. This experience was incredible, and I truly can’t thank her enough. I sent my Australian Labradoodle for training with Jacqueline a few months ago. He was very hyper, jumping on my kids, eating everyone’s food, climbing on the table& pulling so bad on the leash. I was referred to Jackie by a friend and couldn’t be more thankful. Now my children are able to take him for walks on their own, I can take him out to their sports without being pulled all over the field & having him jump on everyone. So many people come to pet him and play and he is very & no longer jumps. It has been the most amazing transformation. He plays with my kids without knocking them down& is no longer climbing on the table. Jackie consistently checks in and watches videos of him to continue giving me guidance and telling me how to continue his training at home. She has even helped me with dog questions unrelated to training. She truly loves my dog and wants him to be well behaved so everyone can enjoy being around him. She has been absolutely amazing and I couldn’t say enough positive things about how much her training has helped us.

Romeo and I both thank you, Jackie!!!! 100% worth every penny!!!!!! Jackie is the best. After three weeks of training my dog and I have a common language with which to communicate calmly. I am no longer anxious about being able to control my dog's behavior and he is no longer anxious because I am not yelling commands at him which he could not understand. He comes to me when prompted, taking walks with him has become a pleasant experience. I am not worried about how he will react to other dogs because Jackie has taught me how to be in charge and my dog looks to me to let him know what to do before reacting to impulse. Jackie basically trained us both. Having a puppy became easier, more carefree and enjoyable!!!!
