5+ stars for Jacqueline, who is the most effective dog trainer I know. She’s professional, knowledgeable and very clearly passionate about her work. Jacqueline inspires confidence immediately. She’s clear on her methods, how much she loves dogs, and what to expect from her board and train program. We felt completely comfortable entrusting her with the care of our cavapoo puppy, Norman, and the results have exceeding our expectations! He is thriving and my family is so happy. Jacqueline’s continued support and involvement in Norman’s training has also been such a bonus. I feel like we’ve all joined her pack—and we are so lucky to be part of it. I would recommend her services without qualification.

Jacqueline is truly exceptional! I can’t say enough great things about her. She worked with my dog Charly and the transformation has been incredible. Not only is Charly more confident and well-behaved, but Jacqueline also took the time to teach me how to communicate with her better. Before we began attending Jacqueline Zinetti’s dog training, we were very skeptical on what a trainer could really do for our Great Dane puppy. After working with an in home dog trainer and seeing no results, we were referred to Jacqueline from a good friend. This was the best decision we made for our new puppy. We instantly connected with her and appreciated all the knowledge she had in regards to training dogs. At that point, we decided to send our puppy to boot camp for 3 weeks with Jacqueline. When dropping off our puppy for the first time, Jacqueline was very gentle, kind, and respected our questions and concerns. She spent the time going over what the training would cover and our expectations of what we wanted out of the training. Jacqueline kept us posted through videos and constant discussions of all the updates on our puppy. She addressed any concerns we had and explained to us her rationale of how training a dog works. After 3 weeks of continuous discussions and updates, we went to pick up our puppy. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!! Keep in mind, we are talking about a 5 month old, 80 lb. Great Dane puppy!! It has now been about a month since the training. We have been back to see her and what an amazing change in his behavior. We are blown away by how he listens and behaves. Jacqueline definitely goes above and beyond. At the time, I did not know what to do with my dog’s behavior issue. I was considering putting her up for adoption because I felt like I was at a dead end. Obviously, I absolutely did not want to do that so I did my research on board and train programs. I came across Jacqueline and compared to the rest I came across, her credentials, attitude, and expertise made her stand out immensely. When talking with her about the process, she reassured me on the details of how it would work and put me at ease leaving my dog in her hands. It was definitely scary at first, but it really has changed my life and my dog, Delaney’s after all said and done. Delaney is a 2.5 year old Shepherd mix and she had a serious confidence issue. She did not know how to react to a stranger or other dogs on walks even if they were 200m down the road. Having people over was out of the question as well. But through it all Jackie and I spend hours on hours talking back and forth on her progress and situation. After a month of constant work, and work on my end too, Delaney has a new found confidence that I never though she would have. She can now walk OFF LEASH, and doesn’t bat an eye when seeing or interacting with other dogs and people. She walks with confidence now and is a much happier dog because of it. When Jackie says she’s passionate about all the dogs she trains she really means it. I CANNOT thank her enough for treating Delaney like one of her own because she has a much better life because of it.

Jacqueline was amazing! At first with doing all of the boarding for our dog Laney, we were nervous about it all and really didn’t know how to feel about it. But getting to meet with Jacqueline and have her lay out the details and reassuring us how it’ll go put us at ease. Before the training it felt hopeless with our dog reacting to everyone and everything negatively, she was scared and had no confidence. I can truly say that has changed completely for the better after Jacqueline’s training! After a bunch of patience and hours of hard training on her part, our pup Laney has a new found confidence, and so do we! We couldn’t be more happier with the turn out and Jacqueline couldn’t be more helpful still even after the boarding, always there to answer questions if needed. She’s changed our dogs life and in return changed ours as well. Thankyou Jacqueline, Laney is happier than ever and we can’t wait to have more adventure and memories with her.
