Off Leash K9 Training

I was so grateful that Jacqueline was able to fit my 7-month-old Golden Retriever, Meadow, into her board-and-train program. She kept me updated throughout the process, which gave me so much peace of mind. I was initially hesitant about e-collars, but Jacqueline took the time to explain how she uses low-stimulation, adjustable collars that provide a gentle pulse rather than a harsh shock. Seeing Meadow's progress completely changed my perspective. When I picked Meadow up, she almost didn't want to leave Jacqueline! To me, that said everything about how well she was cared for. Meadow now loves the freedom of being off-leash when it's safe, and after a follow-up session to help us adjust at home, everything really clicked. Jacqueline's training has made such a positive difference in both our lives. Meadow and I are happier, more confident, and able to enjoy so many more experiences together. I even bring Meadow to work sometimes, and she was an absolute superstar during a recent trip to the bank! Working with Jacqueline was one of the best investments I've made. It wasn't just training—it gave Meadow and me the confidence and freedom to enjoy so much more together. I am so happy I chose to send my pup to Jacqueline Zinetti for training! From our very first phone call, Jacqueline was incredibly communicative. It took a little time for her to get back to me initially, but she was absolutely worth the wait. At first, I was nervous about using an Ecollar. I didnt want to hurt my dog. That is the total opposite of what Ecollar training does!! I couldnt believe it! I explained the challenges I was having with my puppy, and I could tell right away that Jacqueline understood exactly what was going on. She took the time to explain how valuable the remote training collar is as a communication tool and how it would strengthen the relationship between me and my dog. I was hesitant at first, but once she showed me how to use it properly, I completely understood why she incorporates it into her program. It just takes a little time to get comfortable with it. Avalon is a rescue, and we believe she's a mix of Pointer, Terrier, and Lab. Before training even began, Jacqueline spent over an hour on the phone with me, had me complete paperwork, and asked for videos of Avalon in our home environment. At the time, I didn't realize how important those videos would be, but looking back, they gave Jacqueline an excellent understanding of what we were dealing with before Avalon ever arrived. Drop-off day was seamless. Throughout the program, Jacqueline kept us informed every step of the way. During the first week, we received regular text updates and photos. By the second week, she started sending videos, and it was amazing to watch Avalon happy, engaged, and confidently experiencing the world. She wasn't just kenneled all day, she was going to the lake, visiting stores, and learning how to behave in real-life situations. When we picked Avalon up, Jacqueline spent several hours teaching us everything Avalon had learned and, more importantly, how we could communicate with her consistently to maintain the training at home. That owner education was just as valuable as the training itself. It's now been a week since Avalon came home, and Jacqueline continues to check in with us almost daily. I send her videos of our training sessions, and Jacq takes the time to review them, provide feedback, and help me improve my handling skills. Every conversation leaves us feeling more confident, and each day we see more progress. The support didn't end when we picked up our beautiful girl, I speak with Jacqueline a few times a week, that has made all the difference!! I look forward to the in person follow up next week! We adopted a rescue puppy about 6 months old named Hunter and I thought training would be easy. I was doing my best, but days were becoming more and more frustrating. Then we met another rescue named Benji who had been trained by Jacqueline and I thought to myself “THAT is the behavior I want from my pup”. We immediately sent Hunter to her 3 week board and train program and it was worth every penny! In fact I would say it was priceless because she restored peace to my daily life.❤️ Jacq is amazing with the dogs, no doubt about that, but she really shines with teaching us how to lead the dog. She is so patient and never makes me feel “less than” for not knowing!! She even took extra time to work directly with my 10 year old son which helped me so much! If you want the best, go to Jacq!!

We did a 3 week board and train with Jacqueline for my dog Teddy and had such a great experience. She is extremely patient and really good at training both dogs and people. Teddy came back doing amazing. He is so much easier to walk on leash now and overall feels calmer and more confident. What I appreciated most is that she took the time to show me how to communicate with Ted in a way he actually understands, including helping him get more comfortable in the car which used to be stressful for both of us. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with and wants the training to stick long term. I’m really grateful for everything she did with Ted and would absolutely recommend her for anyone’s dog.

I cannot recommend Jackie enough! She did an amazing job training my dog, Hunter, through her boarding and training program. We went into this with specific goals in mind, and she exceeded every single one of them. Hunter came back well-trained, confident, and so much more responsive. What truly sets her apart is her patience and dedication—not just with Hunter, but with me as well. She took the time to teach me how to properly work with him, making sure I fully understood the training process. She is incredibly knowledgeable and explained the exact mechanisms behind the techniques she was using, which made me feel confident continuing the training at home. Throughout the entire boarding period, she kept me constantly updated with photos and videos, which I really appreciated. When it was time for pickup, she went over everything step by step, making sure I felt comfortable and prepared. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed or unsure. If you’re looking for a trainer who is professional, patient, transparent, and truly cares about both the dog and the owner, she is absolutely the one.
