I’ve never had a puppy that I couldn’t train on my own, but after 5 days of madness and no sleep, I knew we needed help. Sarah was so easy to talk to and it amazed me how much she tapped into individual dogs personality differences. I felt like I immediately trusted her with my puppy. Eliza spent 2 weeks there doing the puppy board and train. We received regular updates and were able to monitor progress on social media as well. I loved being able to let my family and friends watch the journey too! Eliza has been home two days, and there is a marked difference in her behavior and responsiveness. She’s made significant advances in her potty training. Most of it at this point is me recognizing her signs! And each night has seen large improvements in the crate overnight. She’s testing us a bit, but we are staying consistent so we see the large change. I called Sarah after night one and she helped me trouble shoot and see where we needed some corrections. I know that she will continue to provide any support we need. My husband and I are already planning on having Eliza go back as an adult dog for further training, particularly off leash.
