Just absolutely love them. The head trainer Sarah and her husband not only trained my baby pup exceptionally well yet when he fell Ill they were immediately attentive and acted so beyond amazing and took care of him as their own! I’m so grateful for their outlook and particular training style as well (no shock collars here). Their use of positive reinforcement really stands out and my puppy is so well behaved. They go the extra mile to really make sure your dog is well trained and takes care of them as if they’re their own. Recommending them to all my dog moms and dads out there. Just completed the three week board and train for my 14 month Boxer and highly recommend the MDLK9 program! Very pleased to have Jonathan as our trainer to work with my Boxer on learning to heel without pulling and impulse control in public places, around people and other dogs. Jonathan was very responsive in answering questions, providing updates, and field trip pictures throughout the duration of the program. In addition, he provided a thorough and detailed instruction with expert knowledge during transition in order to maintain the training going forward. Thank you Jonathan and the MDLK9 team!

My dog Royce participated in the 3 week board and train program with Jonathan as his trainer. The before and after was amazing! He was a very hyper, impulsive 1yr old lab that didnt really listen when he was worked up and he had made a huge transformation. He was very detailed with updating us with Royce’s progress as well as cute pictures and videos of him on his field trips! I would definitely recommend My Dog Listens to anyone considering. My wife and I just finished four individual sessions with our yellow lab puppy Quinn. Sarah did a phenomenal job training both Quinn and us! She was very patient with us and Quinn. More importantly, she firmly, honestly and politely pointed out where we needed to improve and what we needed to do get there. Combine that with the fact Sarah was a great coach and inspired us to be confident at critical points when we were doubting ourselves. The training does not magically end there and I feel like Sarah has provided us a plan to continue to move our pup (and us) forward. She is also there for us when we have questions! Cannot highly recommend My Dog Listens enough! Mike and Sarah are fantastic! We will probably require a few refresher sessions and no question it will be with My Dog Listens! When we need to board Quinn in the future for one day, or several, we will be doing so with Sarah and family as we trust them completely. Thanks guys!
