We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Jade as our dog trainer! From the moment we met her, it was clear she is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about dog training. She welcomed us with open arms and made us feel like part of her extended family. We brought our two American Staffordshire Terriers to Galaxy dog training for a four-week board and train program, which was offered at a very reasonable cost. Many other trainers advertised two-week sessions, but Jade took the time to explain why a four-week program was more appropriate and necessary to effectively train our reactive, energetic boys. Her approach made complete sense, and the results speak for themselves! What stood out the most was how much she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with—treating them like her own. Her deep understanding of dog behavior helped address our concerns effectively, and she took the time to educate us as owners. This made a huge difference in how we interact with and understand our pups. She even takes them to stores to expose them to different environments. She taught them how to use treadmills and adjusted their food as needed to ensure they stayed fit and healthy. Additionally, she bathed them and introduced supplements to keep their coats and skin moisturized and in great condition. We also appreciated the weekly updates, complete with pictures, which kept us connected and reassured during the training process. If there were any changes to the plan, she was proactive in explaining the reasoning and how it would benefit our dogs. Thanks to Jade and her team our pups are happier and so much better behaved. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and compassionate dog trainer!
