Galaxy Training Academy believes that owning a pet is an amazing and rewarding experience, but also a responsibility, not a luxury. Training your pet properly will lead you to a greater understanding of the animal, and we firmly believe in the owner-pet relationship being one of mutual understanding and respect. We immerse you fully in the training process, and with this holistic approach, we find that owners end up learning as much, if not more, than their pets.

Jade is absolutely amazing. Before meeting her, we had seen more than 5 dog trainers, and she was the one that I trust the most. We brought our 3-year-old Pomeranian Mix to her for training when we first started; he would bark incessantly and lose his mind at everything. I noticed improvement within the first few training classes and a decrease in my dog’s stress level. Her training methods are backed up with logical explanations that make sense to us. She also follows up with us throughout our at-home training to ensure we are on the right path. She’s calm and patient. Overall, I’d recommend Jade to anyone I know who’s looking for a dog trainer.

Jade and everyone at Galaxy Dog Training and Daycare are incredible! Jade is very responsive - she gives pictures/updates and is always willing to answer questions/give advice. After just one day our recently adopted pup already showed improvement with temperament, play and leash walking. I’m very excited to continue with them for daycare/training needs!

Galaxy dog training and daycare is top notch! My new puppy loves the daycare. He enjoys playing, socializing, and the positive enrichment activities. I have a difficult puppy that Galaxy has been working with me and hasn’t been deterred by any of the pup’s behavior. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Jade if you’re looking for training on any level for your dog. She is very knowledgeable, timely and informative! I would also like to share in the past month of working with her, I can now enjoy walks with my dog without her pulling and not listening to my commands. My dog is much more receptive and calm with the help from jade and her training.

The trainer is amazing. Gave a good overall obedience training to our dog and has very informative knowledge about dog training, especially when it comes to the working breed. She gave us not only skills to train the dog but to effectively engage with our dog giving him a better experience. Highly recommend this trainer for all levels of training.
