Well, LA School For Dogs came to our rescue. With their 3 weeks proven course, Winston is now a changed dog.
Obedient, focused and does not treat everyday as recess.
I can take him out for longer walks and dinner with friends. Family members are amazed how he respects their space and has chilled.

Just when you think your dog is untrainable you see results after one day, obedience after 2 days and command following in 3 days. By the end of week 1, day 5 is parent day and we spend an hour 1-on-1 with the trainer and puppy. It’s a feeling that’s hard to describe when the obedience and mutual respect have already been established.
The work these trainers put in cannot be done by taking short-cuts. In a 3-week puppy school we’ve seen the same results 1 year apart with 2 different dogs. We’re still not sure how it’s possible but the consistency in their success comes from the trainers having a strong presence with the dogs.

LA School for Dogs is amazing. Both Jennifer and Kat are so caring and wonderful to work with. After one week, Buddy, our Doxie, was a new dog. After three weeks he has learned so much as did us parents. Well worth the money.

Jennifer was a godsend. My dog Scout, while very sweet, is an alpha female with high drive, giving me a run for my money. The 3 week program and individual lessons for me really helped. Jennifer really understands dog psychology and was able to individualize training to meet Scout's temperament. I can't recommend the school and Jennifer enough.
