K9's Unleashed Training Academy

Had a good experience with the Puppy Manners class, but when we tried to schedule further training there was a lot of confusion and not a lot of solutions. We were told by an employee to come at a certain day and time, but when we got there the class was not happening, and we found out the employee no longer works there. I wanted to get back to training as fast as possible and had already waited a month for the class I was told to come to to start. Their website class options are hard to understand and solutions don’t seem very easy to come by if there are issues.

i called this place to book an appointment. the person who answered was very nice and patient with me. we talked for about 30 minutes and about my dogs situation. we had an appointment and i showed up exactly on time and the store wasn’t even open. no one was in there. i texted and called her and she got back to me three hours later. she apologized. i asked when i could reschedule and she ghosted me. honestly very upset because i was looking forward to working with them. Update: i texted the number and decided to give them another chance. the lady I was texting said she’d look at her schedule to see if there was an opening for my dog and I. I updated her on the food allergies of my dog and told her we can’t use treats to train him and i suggested we use something else. She said she would look for openings this weekend. It’s been Three days since I have last heard from her so i decided to text her for an update and was left on read. Seems to me that these replies are just a front to make this company look good. Very flaky and I recommend not wasting your time here. I can’t believe how unprofessional they are.
