K9's Unleashed Training Academy

The class I signed up for was expensive and unfortunately, the first two weeks the class started 25 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early. In this class we were read to from someone just literally reading off their iPhone. I talked to Jill about my concerns with this and she promised to have me join her class. I reached out multiple times and she never responded. I am now out over $300 and she’s ghosted me. She is extremely flaky and unresponsive. I am very frustrated that I did not get what I paid for. I would not recommend this place or this business to anyone.

We adopted our dog from the humane society and got a free 4 week training class for him. I scheduled a class as soon as possible and even rescheduled a trip due to wanting him trained even though he knows the basics, I wanted him to be better disciplined. We finally come to the day of the appointment and I get there and said I was there for LifeSkills 1 between 11-12. The lady there said it was a different class that was scheduled for that time. I showed her the screenshot and she said “ohh it must have been a typo. Call Jill and see what’s going on” A typo? Are they serious? I feel everyone should know the schedule whether they’re part time or not. I called Jill and she said to come back at the class from 12-1 or we could do the class going on there at the time but it was the 3rd week for that class so I had my husband take our dog at 12 otherwise I’d get angry going back and I wanted a level head. My husband calls me saying there were 2 other people who scheduled 2 different classes and the person who usually did the training had surgery and was supposed to have someone else do the class, but there was a glitch in the system and nothing got saved or scheduled properly so the person that was supposed to be there was heading to Salt Lake. I then left a voicemail to the person I scheduled everything with saying that I get if she or someone had surgery and things got messed up, but this is unprofessional. I have not yet heard a word back on the status and I don’t think I’m going back. Everyone should be able to train for every class. Not just a certain class at a certain time and change it up. I know my class was free, but no free class is worth this kind of hassle.
