Mose Hugghis is the best in the business!

We had the absolute best experience with the K9 OTC team! They took such great care of our girl Kora and her transformation was significant! We rescued the sweetest Dutch Shepard from the local animal shelter and quickly learned she was not like any other breed of dog we've had in the past! As a working dog she requires direction and fulfillment. As a shelter dog she came with a little bit of anxiety. The combination of the two left us desperate for insight into how to be the best owners to this sweet little pup. Mo and Lynn came into the picture, educated us on the breed, their needs, and tons of dog knowledge that we couldn't find online even if we tried! The K9 OTC team went above and beyond to tend to our Kora's needs and provide consult on everything need-to-know! We did the 6-Week Board & Train program which came with TEN group classes included in the price to follow the 6 weeks of boarding. Amazing value especially after seeing the results. Our girl Kora used to bite and jump and not listen very well and it wasn't her fault we just didn't know what we were doing and neither did she!! Lynn and Mo taught our girl Kora a language, a whole book of words and commands, ranging from tricks to obedience. Once Kora learned the language then we were taught the same vocabulary and commands. Essentially providing a language for us to use with our pup and man i can not describe how much easier it has made our lives!! Directive, corrections, and tons of praise seem to be the formula for a happy pet and a happy pet parent. We're excited to continue our education with the K9 OTC team and couldn't be happier with the results of their training. Lynn and Mo are so sweet and caring they really love dogs and are great teachers!!! 10/10 Recommend !

I'm sure there have been great improvements since then and the response to my review was respectful. - Mose has a great demeanor with dogs and you can tell he knows what he is doing. However, this business is unorganized. Classes are rescheduled OFTEN and the way they communicate that is through a group text (so everybody in your class now has your number and you'll get random texts from these people). His training of german shepherds to sell for government use is his first priority and he puts his classes on the back burner. Occasionally instead of rescheduling the class he'll have a friend teach the class for him (I didn't pay hundreds of dollars to have some random person show up). I really do wish he would chose one or the other because he is really fantastic with dogs, but he schedules himself too thin and the quality greatly impacted in the process.
