I recently had the pleasure of boarding my beloved pet, Hopper, at K9 OTC Inc, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Hopper stayed there for two weeks, and I must say, it was a wonderful time for her. First and foremost, Lynn, An owner of K9 OTC Inc, is an exceptional caretaker. Her love for dogs is evident in the way she interacts with them. From the moment we arrived, Lynn made sure to create a warm and welcoming environment for Hopper. She took the time to understand Hopper's needs, preferences, and any special instructions I had for her care. What sets K9 OTC Inc apart from other dog boarding facilities is the fact that Lynn treats each dog as a part of her furry family. Hopper not only had the opportunity to socialize and play with other dogs, but she also received individual attention and affection from Lynn. It was heartwarming to know that Hopper was in such capable and loving hands. The facility itself is impeccable. Hopper had a comfortable and cozy space to rest and relax after her daily adventures. The outdoor play area is secure and provides ample space for dogs to run and play safely. Throughout Hopper's stay, I received regular updates and photos/videos from Lynn, which reassured me that she was happy. It was evident that Lynn goes above and beyond to ensure that each dog in her care is not only physically well taken care of but also emotionally nurtured. I highly recommend K9 OTC Inc to any dog owner looking for a reliable and loving boarding facility. Lynn's dedication to the well-being of the dogs in her care is truly commendable. I am grateful for the exceptional experience Hopper had, and I know that she will be excited to return for her next stay.
