I cannot put into words how happy I am with Happy heart. Not only because my boys, two younger miniature schnauzers, had a great time and came back, tired and excited and full of life. But because I had a horrible experience at another pet hotel, so I’ve been incredibly trepidation about leaving them with anyone. From the moment I spoke to Anna Marie I was taken in by her energy and passion. When she met my boys They acted like they had met her before and she was an old friend. She is incredibly communicative, professional, and kind. If you were looking for training or boarding or any service that they offer, I cannot recommend them enough as there are certain people who are born to do what they do And we are also so lucky that she has services here in West Hollywood. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking my fear away and for creating a safe place for my boys to play and learn. The two photos are of them right when they came home from being with her.

I can’t say enough about Anna at Happy Heart Pet Care. My dog was reactive, aggressive, barked at everything… I had just moved into a new place ( with a broken ankle!) and was beyond stressed. I was desperate for help. ANNA to the rescue. My dog Birdie went to day- training for two weeks and was a different dog when the two weeks were over. She learned basic commands, was socialized and spent time amongst other dogs ( wasn’t going to happen before training, sadly) She did wonders for my dog and my family. We needed training too ;-) everybody is happier! Can’t recommend enough!

Happy Heart Pet Care aren't just a dog sitters – they're heaven sends for us. Our odd couple, the suspicious, a rescued tea cup breeder reject named Big Boy (who was too big to sell), and his big brother, the curbside schnauzer, Bernard, always return from her care exhausted, content, and somehow better behaved (temporarily, we're not as consistent and awesome at training dogs as Anna). Before meeting Anna, Bernard was the model of canine obedience. Then Big Boy entered his life – a pint-sized revolutionary with subversive ideas about command compliance. Perhaps it's her infinite patience, her understanding of doggy psychology, or her refusal to be manipulated by Big Boy's innocent act. Whatever Anna's secret, our troublemakers return home with that rare combination of complete satisfaction and healthy fatigue. We've stopped apologizing for our dogs' antics when dropping them off. Anna handles their shenanigans with grace, treating their partnership with love and charm rather than the headache we know it can be. Cannot recommend her enough. Anna isn't just watching our dogs – she's giving us peace of mind wrapped in unconditional love. WE love her and cannot recommend eher enough.

I originally found Happy Heart Pet Care after an extensive search to find a dog trainer. I received a referral through a trusted community I'm a part of. I read about Anna Marie & Matthew and their exemplary relationship with their training clients and their experience with them getting great results. I was having challenges with my doodle puppy biting and misbehaving as well as I needed potty training for him. Having a large family with many young children, I was at my wits end. I gave Anna Marie a call and she spent time with me and my husband explaining her process and helped detail a plan to help us with our puppy. We scheduled an assessment to meet and my puppy Malibu fell in love with her as me and my kids. We decided on a board and train and were very pleased with the results. Malibu was taught obedience training and stopped having accidents in the house. We were very happy but having a busy schedule we didn't stay as consistent as we needed so inevitably needed guidance to help get us back on track. Anna Marie was very patient, communicative, and helpful guiding us along the process as we needed training as well. We continued training and each session we received coaching and notes when needed to correct what we were not doing or doing wrong. Anytime I need a question answered from early on when my Mali (before we started training) ingested something he shouldn't have there Anna Marie was available and supportive saving me thousands of dollars in vet fees. She's always there to answer any questions I have regardless of her extremely busy schedule. How many dog trainers take such a personal approach to their work?! Her partner Matthew is a great support as well as he is a trainer so you are getting two trainers to help support you and your family with your puppy/dog. Invaluable for a dog trainer(s)!
