Gabriel did an amazing job with our two dogs Willow and Daisy. One of our girls is a 1.5 yo Aussiedoodle with limited hearing and vision and our other girl is a smaller 5 yo miniature Australian shepherd. We had both enrolled in board and train at separate times due to them not getting along at times and disrespecting our household as well as us. After his time working with them, he brought us in to learn and practice before coming home. He was able to calm the anxiety and teach proper manners and gentleness. It’s important that we followed his instructions and be consistent and now our lives are totally different in the best way with our girls!! I look forward to my upcoming retirement and now able to take them anywhere with us as well as off leash with no problems! Thank you Gabe!

Prior to working with Gabriel, our family had concerns that we might have to surrender our newest member as he was struggling to integrate into our home with our three young children and our other two pups. His temperament was fine, and he was an overwhelmingly happy dog, but he did not realize his own size, and he did not like being corrected by our other dogs. We found Gabriel, and the eight weeks we worked with him were incredibly helpful. He gave us the tools and understanding of how and why he might have been acting out, and helped us work with not only our new pup but our older dogs as well. We have employed the lessons we learned with him to great success, and our dogs now understand their roles within each other and have not had any issues since. I highly recommend Happy Dog Academy if you find yourself in any need of learning how to work with your dog!

I registered my American Bully for dog training at Happy Dog Academy. She's a sweet dog but full of energy and loves people. I had a hard time handling her high energy so I knew I had to do something. Then I found Happy Dog Academy and I am so glad that I did. The results are even better than I imagined. I feel so lucky that I found Happy Dog Academy. I signed up for the puppy fundamentals classes because I wanted to set my puppy up with the best start she could possibly have. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect but I think I imagined it would be like sending her to school. In some ways, it was, but the program wasn’t just to turn my dog into a great dog, but to turn me into the best dog owner I can be. It was a school for me as much as it was for her. I learned so many valuable lessons about communicating with my dog effectively and how to engage her with training. I feel so connected to her and tuned in to her behaviors now.
