Guiding Canines

Guiding Canines is the BEST thing we have ever done for our dogs, and for ourselves! They are the absolute best in the field, and took our untrained, rambunctious goldendoodles and trained them to be calm, fun, obedient members of household! They are so professional, and not only train the dog, but their families as well. While in the board and train program she kept in close contact with us sending us pictures and updates almost daily. Guiding Canines doesn’t just train your dog(s) to be at your house, but also how to be out in public places without reacting to other animal or humans. It’s truly an exceptional, and life changing program! And, their boarding services are just as good! We don’t leave our dogs with anyone else!

Guiding Canines was truly a lifesaver for our home and family. We decided to adopt a second dog, and things quickly became chaotic. The two dogs weren’t getting along, our older dog wouldn’t listen, constantly ran off, and had to be taken outside on a leash every single time. I knew I couldn’t manage two dogs this way. One stressful night, in desperation, I came across Guiding Canines. The owner called me the very next day, took the time to listen to our needs, and scheduled a time to meet us. We chose the board-and-train program for both dogs and it was absolutely worth it. Today, our dogs are calm, well-behaved, and easy to manage even for my mom, who can now let them out without any issues. I no longer worry about them running off or fighting. Guiding Canines gave us peace of mind and brought harmony to our home. We’ve built a wonderful relationship over the years and truly feel like family now. I can’t recommend Guiding Canines enough!

Guiding Canines is amazing! When we first brought Bailey home she was jumping on everything (and everyone), she had endless amounts of energy, never settling… even at night. She was a full time job requiring someone to be with her constantly. We were very nervous and didn’t know what we would do if we couldn’t get her trained properly. After her 6 week board and train she is so easy to have around. She listens, she settles. It’s absolutely unreal and we are so grateful for everything Val and Caleb have done for Bailey. It’s so clear how much they love her and we are so lucky to have them in our lives.
