FirstBarkOur dog was very nervous and timid. We couldn't get him to play in the yard on his own or with us. He spent a little over a week with Madelyn doing behavioral training and its a huge change. He is still growing into a confident dog but now he goes into our yard with little reservation and runs and plays with the kids. Very happy with our experience.

I have been working with James at Good Vibes Training for awhile now. he is helping me raise/train a Welsh Terrier puppy. It's crazy how James can read and manage a situation and generate a desired behavioral outcome. He definitely has an expertise at working with dogs. I'm grateful for his help both in training and boarding when I had to leave town. I definitely recommend Good Vibes Dog Training

This is the second time James has come To our home for a week to train Radley, our ten month old Saint Berdoodle, and we could not be happier with the results! Radley loves James, and we have peace of mind knowing that Radley (and our home) are in the best hands while we are away. We received daily check in texts with pictures and videos, along with training videos showing Radley’s progress and giving us great advice for working with Radley on our own. Radley’s recall and reactivity were so much better after a week! We have already booked our next session. We feel so lucky to have found James!

James and Madelyn are GREAT. I did a board and train with Madelyn for my rescues, a 3 year old and a 5 month old. Both have some separation anxiety, and the puppy is verrrrry nervous/scared around new people. I'm not lying when I said I was JEALOUS of how excited they both were to see Madelyn again for our follow up training session. Both of them improved significantly over the 10 days they spent with Madelyn - from an attention point of view, recall, "place" and sheer confidence. We're going back for sleepovers (boarding) again this weekend! James is super responsive, works with you to get what you need and will never try to u- sell you like I've seen with other companies. I'd recommend both as trainers for sure - and as a business, it's very friendly and reasonable.

We had a great time working with James. James was on time, professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk with. When your dog is super excited to see their trainer (even just after one training session), you know you got the right person. We got our corgi, Bosco, in September of 2019 and we did not get a chance to attend any puppy obedience classes. He mainly needs help with leash walking (running at moving cars/trucks), jumping at guests and getting along with our new foster pup. James got to know us and Bosco and taught us strategies and tricks to stop Bosco's bad behaviors. After a few lessons and some homework assignments as reinforcements, we saw huge improvements in Bosco. Definitely made our lives much easier and safer. Give James a call if you know your pup can use a few training sessions or even just a refresher course. You and your pup will benefit at the end. Happy Training!
