Good Dogz KC

My 8 year old dog, Finn, spent 4 weeks with Good Dogz KC in their board and train program to work on his dog reactivity. I chose their program because it worked best with my schedule and also ensured that my dog would be frequently exposed to other dogs, which I felt would be beneficial for his training. Jahaira was also so great in my initial consultation! I really loved being able to follow along with his progress through their Instagram and text updates! They provide you with all the tools you need to succeed and they were awesome at following up with me frequently once Finn returned home. They've visited us a few times since he's been home to work on specific things, which has been really great and easy to schedule. I would definitely recommend checking them out!

Good Dogz KC, I cannot recommend them enough. Our two year old bernadoodle was quite reactive and aggressive and I had tried everything it felt like. Their approach to training and educating - our whole family - was so empowering to me as a first time dog owner. Their knowledge of dogs, personalities was so impressive: they took time to learn about Bo (my dog), and what would help him, they pivoted and pushed to get us the improvement in our dogs temperament. After only a few weeks Bo was so much happier. I think what impressed me more than anything tho, was how Andrew and Jahaira were able to educate us about our dog and training, and mistakes we had been making that actually made the problems worse - without any sort of shaming or making me feel like I had failed him. It was so empowering. They made a plan for our dog, gave us the tools we needed and homework and made us work the plan. They were always just a text away and so encouraging. Highly recommend to anyone needing basic training or behavioral training.

Andrew and Jaharia are FANTASTIC. We did the board and train with our Jellybean and it’s made a world of difference for us. We learned so much on managing her reactivity and modifying some behaviors that were problematic for us. They are very transparent throughout the whole process and are available even after the board and train is done for questions, issues that come up, and they are available for check ins in the future as well.
