Elizabeth is the most patient, kind, confident and competent dog trainer you can find. We adopted an american bulldog from a local shelter that was so fearful we could not get him to even go for a walk. At the intial consultation, Elizabeth showed us how to get him walking on a leash and he walked a half mile - his furthest walk ever! He now comes running with tail wagging when he hears his leash jingle and our walks are usually limited by my schedule. Debo was so fearful that board and train was not an option for him so Beth came to our home to train him (and us). He now knows to come when called so he is able to enjoy our unfenced property off leash. He is less fearful and much more mannerly. I have an Australian shepherd who has been dog-reactive for the first 4 years of his life. It was extremely frustrating and exhausting, constantly avoiding dogs. I couldn’t go anywhere with my boy, he was extremely reactive to any dog in sight, and this severely limited the things we could do together. Now, because of dogspeak, we are going on pack walks with his dog friends!! Elizabeth Snyder and each person on the team at dogspeak are passionate members of the dog world, and do an incredible job with both dogs and owners. Elizabeth helped me take my nervous boy from reactive and stressed, to a calm and happy companion. I will be forever grateful, because now I can have my best friend with me everywhere I go, without the fear of him reacting. We are even going to finally be able to participate in agility trials, which is something I wasn’t sure would ever be possible.
