We did the behavior modification training with Timothy last week and we have already seen so much improvement! The main issues we had were jumping, demand barking, and leash pulling which we went over in our hour of training. We went over some ways to train my dog to stop/not do these things and after a week I’ve seen so much improvement. We can now walk him without being scared a 70 pound dog is going to drag us across the street to try and play with another dog. And whenever jumping or demand barking does occur we know what to do to help our dog understand that it’s not okay. I would 100% recommend Dog Basics PDX!
Also, when Timothy left, my dog tried to search for him around the house since he loved the yummy treats he brought.

We have had 2 visits with Timothy and we have already seen so much progress! Walks are getting easier, there’s less barking and I was able to trim my dog’s claws for the first time since we got him from the shelter. I am amazed and excited about how much I’ve learned and the positive changes in our anxious dog. I feel empowered by my lessons with Timothy. Highly recommend!

We recently got a new puppy and want to set him up for success. After just one session with Timothy, we feel far more confident in raising a confident dog. He helped us understand the puppy’s world and thought process, so we can better communicate with him. We had our first visit with Timothy today and he was FANTASTIC! He only got two steps in the door when our puppy showed him exactly why we reached out, and he was instantly on board and started teaching us what was happening, why, and was very empathetic and patient with her! He did a phenomenal job explaining everything to us in real time as it was happening. We are absolutely thrilled to work with him, and cannot recommend him enough for anyone who feels out of their depth or has no clue where to start with their lovable Problem Fur Child.

I havent personally used them yet but i am impressed by the 5 star views. I have recent training issues with my dog of 8 years. She has become dog reactive towards bigger dogs. Mostly because she has been charged by dogs off leash. I need help correcting this
